🐾 Meet Monty seeking his Forever Home 🐾

Monty is a beautiful young Romanian rescue puppy with a sweet, affectionate nature. When he first arrived in foster care, he was understandably a little subdued and needed time to settle into his new surroundings. However, within just a few days, his confidence began to grow, and he quickly showed what a loving and friendly boy he is.

Monty enjoys being around people and has been welcoming towards everyone he has met, including men, women, visitors to the home. He may occasionally approach new people with a little caution at first but he soon relaxes and enjoys attention and affection.

Living with Other Dogs
Monty thrives in the company of other dogs and has formed a particularly close bond with him sister, Hope. The pair love to play together and are often found play-fighting and enjoying each other’s company.

he is also very friendly with her foster mum’s resident dog and has shown excellent social skills around other dogs both inside and outside the home. Monty gains confidence from having canine companionship and appears happiest when walking alongside another dog.
For this reason, we feel Monty would be best suited to a home with at least one other friendly resident dog.

Walks and Social Life
Monty walks beautifully on her lead and harness and has shown no reactivity towards people or other dogs. He is calm and observant on walks and will sometimes sit and watch other dogs from a distance rather than rush towards them.
Although he has mostly experienced rural walks so far, he has coped well with meeting other walkers and dogs along the way. We feel he would cope well in social situations and continue to grow in confidence.

At Home
Monty is a loving, relaxed companion who enjoys being close to her people. He sleeps well and settles overnight.
Monty  house training is improving all the time but he may need reminding of this in a new home.

Health
Monthly is microchipped, fully vaccinated, castrated , and has had all necessary health checks including a negative Brucella Canis test (UK APHA Lab) and 4DX snap test.
